What is your MOQ of LED Lights?
In order to let customers better experience our products, we don't have minimum order quantity limitation. That means you can even order 1 pcs of LED light from us.

What are the payment methods?
We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, WeChat Pay (For small amount payment).

What is your payment terms?
For sample orders, 100% advance payment before production.
For batch orders, 30% advance payment before production, 70% down payment before shipping.

How many years warranty of your products?
WSL LED General Illumination products are covered by a five-year limited warranty, from the date of delivery. For detailed information, please check our warranty statement on the website.
If you need 10 years, 15 years or even longer warranty, please contact us, thank you!

Where is your factory / Where do you produce your products?
WSL has 4 factories, which located in Taipei, Shenzhen, Yantai, and Anhui.
WSL will decide the production site according to customers needs and materials stock conditions.
